Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings

St. James Live is a fast-paced live music venue known for great food, great shows, and great vibes. We host local and touring artists multiple nights a week and serve high-volume crowds before, during, and after performances. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec in a high-volume environment
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during peak service times
- Set up and break down your station efficiently
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams during busy shows
- Assist with prep, inventory, and cleaning as needed
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and late hours
- Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
